This month is all about being thankful, and I’m positive
that we all have quite a bit to be thankful for! Here’s just a taste of what I’m
thankful for…fall weather, family togetherness, pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin
ice cream, a roof over my head, great friends, and an awesome God!
What are some of the things you are thankful for?
As you know we are currently studying the book “Adorn
Yourself with Godliness” by Melanie Newton. If you haven’t picked up your copy,
I strongly encourage you to do so today! It’s free, and I promise you will get
so much more out of the study if you are following along instead of ‘winging it’. Click

Just as November 1st is a new month, I’d like to
take a moment to let you know about a small change in our Authentic Living
Ministries Policy…as of today ALM is no longer affiliated with the Vineyard,
nor are we listed in their Small Group catalog.
What does this mean for you? Well, nothing has changed, we
are still meeting every week to study God’s word, it simply means that we are
no longer tied to their time schedule. To be honest, there are several studies
that I believe will help us grow and deepen our faith, but trying to squeeze
them into a certain amount of weeks was a bit challenging.
I do want to say that if you are a member of the Vineyard,
you are more than welcome to continue studying with us! ALM is not going
anywhere!
Looking ahead…please partner with me in prayer for our next
study, which will begin in January. I’ve got several possibilities, but no clear
direction, so your prayers on this matter would be greatly appreciated!
Also, would you partner with me in getting the word out
about Authentic Living Ministries? You’re invites matter!
My vision for this
ministry is to have multiple teachers, with multiple study dates, so that we
are available every day for Bible study. So I am asking for you to be actively
engaged in reaching out to the women in your life and inviting them to join
Authentic Living Ministries!
